Not really. A UPS Access Point is a local business that holds packages for pickup or accepts outgoing drop offs. The package still has to arrive there on a day UPS actually runs, which rules out Sunday just the same.
Some Access Point locations do keep Sunday hours for their host business, since a grocery store or pharmacy often stays open that day. That only helps you collect something that already arrived on Saturday. It does not create a new Sunday delivery.
